Question About Palsonic Flat Panel Television TFTV812A
vcr/converter box/tv...

I have a Vizio TV, a converter box and trying to find vcr to tape local shows. Folks are saying I need a tuner vcr in order to tape local shows. why wont a vcr recorder without a tuner like they did before? I use to hook a vcr to tv and record now I cant seem to get one to work. HELP!
