I am settin my Panmax up for the first time and have the following questions: 1.) It appears the receiver and powered subwoofer should be in the unswitched bank (bank 5). 2.) Does it make any difference which devices go in the other banks? I have a cable box/dvr, dvd burner, vcr, and tv. I plan to add cassette deck, phono, cd deck and blue ray in the future.
