Question About Panasonic Air Conditioner CW-C60YU
AC doesn't work....

The AC hums and sounds as if it periodically turns on and off; however, there is no fan/blower putting out air. This is the first time for using it this year; it worked fine last year. Vent is closed; thermostat is on 7, and other switch is on high cool. Is it a bad internal fuse? Bad compressor? Any info greatly appreciated.
