Hi my name is Cyndy, we own a Panasonic Eco Patrol Inverter air conditioner the model number is CSCUE18LKR we can't seem to get the remote control to work properly, we have put in new batteries and tried to reset the clock by pressing the clock button then the up or down arrow but nothing happens, any thoughts?
