Question About Panasonic Computer Monitor VL-GM001
The panasonic vlgm001 monitor upstairs is not work...

The panasonic vlgm001 monitor upstairs is not working properly. The person downstairs calls the upstairs person and the upstairs person is talking but the downstairs person can hear them. The upstairs person can hear the downstairs person but not vice versa. How do I fix that? Thank you
