Question About Panasonic Printer JS-750WS
Have a Panasonic JS-750WS Type U30 Serial #95A 044...

Have a Panasonic JS-750WS Type U30 Serial #95A 04438T. My master reg screen went blank , but still hear the tones when hitting the buttons. I need to program the printer to the other register, to do reports.

5 Hi and welcome to Rewarder! Thank you for the question and your patience. Please note: My function is to give you honest information and not necessarily to tell you what you wish to hear Unfortunately, the described symptom almost always point to an internal hardware issue where the likely suspect would be faulty monitor/screen. If you hear a tone it means your unit is working except the screen. All of the above would require that the unit be opened up for visual inspection, voltage/continuity/resistance checks, confirm faults and effect repairs. I realize that the above information may perhaps be not what was expected. Unfortunately, there is no quick-n-easy fix and neither is there a workaround; sorry for having to be the bearer of bad news. Not unless you are considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach. If yes, do you have access to and familiar with the use a multimeter and even a soldering iron? Equally important, could you make use of the repair / Service Manual? 0 if you have extra till replace top portion of till ,it wont effect anything on software,jsut top screen .open it no soldering needed just few wires ,make sut=re take snap before take off wires
