Question About Panasonic TV Receiver TH42PZ804
User manual?...

My mom got this HDTV and is having trouble - the tech support told her it's a weak signal problem but doesn't need a box because it's all built-in, the cable company told her it needs a box - for an extra $$ per year. She gets an HD signal for a few minutes, then it quits. Any ideas? Can I download the user manual anywhere?
