Question About Pandigital Digital Photo Frame PAN80-2
I cant get my digital frame to turn on I have tried...

I can't get my digital frame to turn on. I have tried using the external power cord as well as connecting it to the computer. I have made sure the on/off button is in the on position. Is there any troubleshooting that can be done?? Or will I have to purchase a new frame??
