Receiving a call...

The handsfree works perfectly when making an outgoing call and I've had good reports of the sound quality. However, with an incoming call, although the caller's incoming tone comes through on the handsfree speakers, when I answer using the hadnset's accept button, the handsfree is disconnected. Help, please!!
