5 I have searched high and low, and no manuals for this product are to be found. There are a few of these on Ebay. You might try contacting one of the owners and offering them money for a copy? Other than that, I would suggest contacting the manufacturer (Polyconcept USA) directly and maybe they can help. Maybe you can inquire with them to get a manual or they might be able to point you in the right direction. If you were to post what the problem seems to be, you may be able to find your answer without the manual.
