I am aware this is a old question and I am not trying to answer this person but if anyone else comes across this in their search for how to get into their full menu I hope this helps...
     I had looked and looked for a way but finally found a way with a regular universal remote.   First open the menu  then type    319753mute    then your expanded actual menu will unlock but u will still have to do this every time u want to get into ur menu 

(Source is about a similar TV but code works all the same)
