I recently upgraded my internet thru Comcast. Since the upgrade, I'm not able to watch Netflix. It says that there is no connection. I just spent almost an hour on the phone with a tech from Comcast and they weren't able to help me. Can you PLEASE help me? the Model # is 39PFL2608/F7. Thank you, Robin Irwin
