I have a Polaris Water Heater PR 130-50-2NV, going...

I have a Polaris Water Heater PR 130-50-2NV, going through an ignitor kit once a year, now replacing the third. Why is the ignitor wet and a little water escaping from the burner chamber when i un-bolt the ignitor assembly? Thank you. Glen.
