I have a Powermate PM0435000 that only has voltage generated on one side -- minor trickle of a few volts on the other side may be stray. The windings seem to be intact from checking continuity. I have tried a couple methods to reactive the generator -- success on one side only. My Question: Is this a voltage regulator problem -- if so how do I check that component (Bridge Rectifier Board PN = 0062974); or, what else should I check. Thanks for the info. Paul
