Question About Primo Water Water Dispenser yl1133as
Hello- my water dispenser is not making cold water...

Hello- my water dispenser is not making cold water. Hot water fine. I can hear the compressor running, its also very hot to touch. the cold water symbol stays lit on front display. tried adjusting the t-stat and nothing. please help! thanks, Mark M#YL1133AS S#900128

5 This is a disappointment.... I was hoping to get tech. support from a primo service tech. NOT join a forum. Still no cold water.
