Question About ProMaster Camera Lens spectrum 7
Promaster Spectrum 7 75-300mm/F4-5.6 AF...

A friend gave me the lens because he never uses it. There is no manul for me to tell how to properly use it. Is there one? And is this a decent lens? It's obviously not a Nikon, but can you take decent pix with it?
