I have the Pur 200 water cooler. It was used and a gift. It leaks underneath. None of the top pieces are cracked or broken but when the cooler is all assembled and what is put in the top, from the back of the unit we can see that water starts leaking from somewhere inside and drips down to the bottom of the unit. Can anyone help me with this?
