I rented a townhouse that has the QUANTUM 3314 at the garage door. The maintenance guy told me that he does not know the code, and for him to come here to set up a code, he would charge me $65.00. I decided to look to the online manual, but it does not show me how to change the numbers. Can you help me? Please do!!

0 Manual is fine but it did not solve the problem. Remote will not reprogram itself after following the directions. Batteries were changed. Cannot open garage door with remote.
