The burners on top of the stove do not stay on. Have followed manual and pushed the knob for 60 secs but they still go out. Cooker has just arrived. Have tried this procedure10 times and as soon as the cooker knob is depressed the flame dies.

0 Have actually read the manual 3 times and it does not help me I still cannot make the flames stay on. How do I troubleshoot this?
