I had my oven (2 years old classic delux 110 dual fual) professionally cleaned by someone highly recommended and the side panals disintegrated. He replaced them for me but will not clean them again and has never had problems like this before in 20 years. Does this mean I cannot get my oven professionally cleaned and why did this happen?
