0 Push ON/Standby button. AM or FM will come up, depending on which was played last. If FM, push Band button once for AM. To tune AM or FM, use Track/Tune buttons under the CD drawer. Left button for frequency down, right for up. AM sensitivity is not great, so only strong stations will come in. Hold in right button until automatic seek starts, AM tuner will seek strongest stations and stop at each one.
