Sometimes often, sometimes rarely frame stuck and ...

Sometimes often, sometimes rarely frame stuck and lever that pushes it passes beside and the frame stays halfway. I doubt that the container goes behind millimeter or two in relation to the place where the frame should be shoved. Please help me.Thanks in advance ZZ
