Question About Rover Chipper 9859, 9862, 9848, 9858, 9885
Changing the belt...

The belt on my 5.5hp 9848 burnt out and I need a new belt and instructions on how to install it. The original fell to bits and therefore I the original installation was lost. Do you have to take off a pulley to install the belt.
