I have a Royal MO88520 canister vaccum made in 2002. I am getting a poping sound as i roll it back and forth. It has something to do with the pop-up wheels. I need a breakdfown or instructions on how to repair this issue. Thank you!

0 This does not take me to the correct manual. I click on it and it takes me to a BBQ grill
