Question About Royal Consumer Information Products Paper Shredder None
Shredder motor will not run even though power light is green....

The shredder motor will not run either by inserting a document or by trying the manual switched for forward and reverse on the top of the machine. In the past it has cut out thermally (my assumption when sustained usage has been significant) but it has always reset and restarted. Not this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
