This is a $2000 TV. There should be no problems. Period. 1. When TV is turned on, the logo that pops up stays on the screen and will only disappear if I turn on my xbox. I can also only turn the TV off by turning the xbox on then off. 2. The channels and the volume will not change and if the numbers are recognized as pressed, they do not register for some time and still do not change the channel.
