Ryoby 3x18 belt sander dust exhaust vent doesn't work. Bought a few days ago and didn't work right out of the box. Tried with dust bag and shop vac. There is no airflow coming from exhaust. Sawdust is just piling up in front of sander. Anyone else have this problem and any ideas why it won't work. I'll probably end up returning it..
