I recently found the instruction sheet for Sakar's CH-3900 Nickel Cadmium - Nickel Metal Hydride Ultra Fast Battery Charger for A and AAA batteries. I would like to upload the sheet to Manuals Online as when I searched here, before finding my old copy, there was no sheet available. However I don't know how to submit the sheet to this site. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
