Question About Sakar Camera Accessories None
compatibility for Canon GZ-MG330 camera?...

I purchased the Canon GZ-MG330 camera from an online retailer and was told that the BP-823CL was an extended life battery for this camera. I charged the battery and attempted to use and the camera is not recognizing. Is this compatible with this model?

0 Yes it is compatible but you have to use the Cable provided with the battery and plug it in to the back of the battery and dc in on the camcorder
