HOW TO OPERATE...

CHARGER SEEMS TO BE NOT WORKING CORRECTLY, IF I HAD A USER MANUAL OR INSTRUCTIONS, I WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL IF ITS THE BATTERIES OR THE CHARGER

5 The instructions state: 1. Select position I and put batteries in any two channels for charging 1 or 2 AA/AAA in 30 minutes. 2. Select position I and put batteries in any channels for charging 3 or 4 AA/AAA in 60 minutes. 3. Select position II for charging 1 to 4 AA/AAA in one hour.

1 1. The LED bright in constant to indicate batteries are under rapid charging, the LED bright in flashing to indicate batteries are fully charged. 2. The LED no bright to indicate charger is in default mode or power is off. The default mode exists if: a) no battery inside charger, b) battery connected with reverse polarity, or c) the Charger is with internal failure.
