2 That does not work on Samsung phones at all.

1 Hi, The samsung bluetooth headset only has on/off and volume settings. To change language setting, you will need to do this on your phone. For the iphone go to Settings, click on General, then click International, Language. You can also change your Voice Control. To change language on Samsung Galaxy s4, go to Home, click Menu, then Settings, select Language, then choose your desired language. Best to you.
