have a spanish version and can't read it Also, it keeps loading but never plays mivies

0 I have a DVD/VCR V6500 spanish instruction manual and unable to read it. The problem with the player is that it continues to load but never gets out of that mode. What can be the problem? Maybe the manual won't help. I don't know.
