Hello, I have a heavy duty upright vacuum cleaner Sanitaire 600 series. Everything sounds fine but it will not pick up when I push it forward. I have to lift the front wheels up a bit like I'm doing a wheelie and then pull it backward over the area I missed in order for it to pick up. Why?
