Question About SATO Printer None
thermal transfer printing AXR8 resin on the SATO LM412e...

We are trying to print using with AXR8 resin on our SATO LM412e, but the ink won't take and the labels come out blank. We have tried flicking up the thermal transfer switch on the DSW but nothing happens. Any suggestions?
