My scepter TV 40 just started not turning on without unplugging it and plugging it back in several times until it went back in eventually, for now. Bought it online at walmart and is under warranty through scepter automatic warranty . Question: do I talk to walmart or scepter? I rather just go to walmart and they replace it, its only been about 6 months old? Any suggestions?
