I have an Scytek ASTRA 4000RS-2W-1 Remote Start 2-way Car Alarm . I installed it this weekend on my 2004 Crown Victoria. When started remotely, everything works fine except the accessories. Nothing works. I have tried several of the accessories wires from the ignition. If I am correct, the Pin 4 (orange wire) on the 6 wire starter harness should be 12v positive but it is not does not have any power nor is it showing as being grounded out. Any ideas?
