Question About Sears Garage Door Opener 139-18857
I have just replaced the drive gears for the chain...

I have just replaced the drive gears for the chain drive. The motor unit clicks and the bulb located nearest the circuit board flashes rapidly when the unit is plugged in to the outlet.. I have checked the wiring and they seem o be correct. What would you suggest as the problem might be?

5 It sounds like it's not getting the proper feedback from the entryway sensors (the sensors that detect if there is something in the path of the door and doesn't allow the door to close) I would make sure they are properly alined and that all the wiring to them are in good shape.
