When my next door neighbor opens his garage door my garage opener also opens. Theirs is a Liftmaster door opener. My neighbor has reprogramed his opener 3 times and my door is still being affected. My model is a Sears Best Craftsman 1/2 hp model 41A3493 Please advise

5 His will continue to open yours because his remote is still programmed to your opener. You need to clear all the codes on your opener. It is usually done by holding the button on the back of the opener for 7-10 seconds then wait a minute and press the button on the opener just for a second then right a way push the button on your remote to pair it with your opener
