5 If you are referring to the table saw pictured? I'm assuming you are talking about the blades bevel lock. Spray the bevel lock with WD-40. Let stand for about ten minutes, move the lever back and forth easily until you get it working. Too hard and you may break it. Spray again if not loose. Once you get it going, wipe off excess WD-40, it actually will attract moisture and cause rust.
