4 I assume that either you can't read the numbers on the controller or the pump itself isn't working. (I have been through both situations). In either case, you will need to call Select Comfort. There really isn't much of a manual for their products and in either case something will need to be replaced. If your Select Comfort item is less than 2 years old they will replace what ever it is at no cost. If it over 2 years old then good luck. When they say LIMITED 20 year warranty they are not kidding about the limited part. If you are unlucky enough to be in the over 2 year catagory then I would approach the situation through the dealership where you bought the product. If they care at all about possible future sales, they will steer you in the best direction.
