1 I typically use other Sony Cameras - FX1/Z1U, HC1, A1U etc. But for an EPK I'm working on I opted to try the lightweight HD1000U and I'm very happy with the results. Amazing image quality, period. The shotgun mic is about an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10, which in my line of work is fantastic. The cam works great in daylight, low light and takes very nice 6.1 megapixel stills at the touch of a button (memory card duo extra). I thought I'd be impressed and I was. Great addition to the Sony line of cameras.
