5 The manager key must be used and turned to the PGM (program) mode. The date must be entered in 8 digits (05/21/2014) then press the #/TM/SBTL key. Enter the time in 24 hour (or military time) an press the key #/TM/SBTL again. It should give you a printout each time you program something.
