6 Press the Celcius/Fahrenheit button and then the up arrow on the right side. I figured this out through trial and error. Hope it helps someone else.

4 o Pre and hold he SET button for a few seconds until the hour indicator blinks. o Use the arrow key to select the correct hour. Press set. o The minutes will blink next use arrow keys to set them and press set. o Year, month, and day will each blink to be set in same manor as described above. o Daylight sacings time will say ON or OFF and will blink until you choose, with the arrow key and press set. o Now, the tricky part. immediately after DST is set the timezone is waiting to be set. it is a tiny map of the US in the lower right corner of the display. It will have one quarter section darkened. Use the arrow keys to darken the section of the map representing your timezone and press the Set key. NOTE: If the radio tower icon comes on it will disable your ability to set anything for a while (about 10 minutes) if you're not done either wait 10 minutes or remove a battery to start the setting operation over again.

0 Here is some more detail: (This is for Sharp Weather Station Model SPC775, but applies generally to a lot of other models)

Press the Celcius/Fahrenheit button (on the front, lower left corner) and then (after releasing the Celsius/Fahrenheit button) quickly press the up arrow on the up-down toggle on the front right side (the middle, long button).

The tiny icon for the Time Zone display will shift, time zone by time zone, across the country until your time zone is highlighted (shown in black).

FINALLY, press the Celsius/Fahrenheit button one more time — to lock in the time zone and ALSO to put your Celsius/Fahrenheit choice back in the correct mode.

The time-zone display is tiny, just to the right of the “minutes” number in the time display and centered even with the middle of that number — (and it’s just below the occasional “flashing” icon that shows that the electronic time-correction is looking for a signal).
