5 You need to get to the menu option. Find settings button or one of the buttons next to the small digital screen and press either the right or left and follow the prompts. These machines are tricky but as long as you find the setting menu it will read across screen whst button to push for option to reset. The start button is not the first button to begin with as it will only start the machine and provide the already saved action . You can always call and get the 800# for company and have a manual resent or talk you through it .
