5 I can think of three possible reasons. 1) Sleep timer. Press the sleep button on your remote until you can select 'off'. 2) Power saving mode. Go to the "Power Control" option in the Menu and turn the Power Saving setting to "off". There may be a button on the remote for it too. 3) Internal electronics problem. This would be a case of calling a television technician unfortunately and would likely require repair of the internal electronics and/or replacement parts.
