Need to know how to set my projection alarm clock by Sharp with nature sounds. It is set in the 24 hour military time and I would like to know how to change it to regular 12 hour a.m. / p.m. time. And, the box says that the nature sounds will play for 30 minutes with auto-shut off for going off to sleep...... I cannot figure out how to make that happen without an instruction manual
