Rack does not move...

I hear the motor but the rack does not move. If I could receive the manual on the internet I could try to fix the problem Thank you Philippe Mangones

0 It´s very easy, you have to opten the system and change the component which move the system. I think its broken because the matrial is to old. I had the some problem. regards mch006
