tengo un tv sharp modelo 27k-s100 la falla es que ...

tengo un tv sharp modelo 27k-s100 la falla es que no hay sonido y ni video solo se ve como nieve el cambiar el boton chanel se pone en video....el volumen ci funciona pero no hay sonido...saludos..
