0 This is an outdated Universal remote and cannot be used with a new (2012, possibly 2011) TV. You need to get a new updated remote, not sure which one, but am considering a Champion 2025. Shaw Cable in Thunder Bay does not have up-to-date information on their own remotes, so we will have to buy one.
