Question About Silvercrest Blender ssk 300
Although only used 4 or 5 times. now the soup make...

Although only used 4 or 5 times. now the soup maker will not pulse or chop as the blades appear to be locked. the motor in the unit turn ok but its impossible to turn the blades in the jug. Am I missing something or is this a fault.
